Carbogal (Perfluor-1,3-dimethylcyclohexane)

Chemical formula:C8F16

Carbogal possesses exceptional inertness to chemical influence and excellent dielectrical and electroinsulating properties.
Thermally stable up to 720°K.
Carbogal is a colourless transparent fluid, odourless and insoluble in water and in traditional organic solvents.
Carbogal is unlimited in mixing with fluorocarbonic fluids and coolants. It is incombustible, non-explosive and non-toxic.

Application: Complex of properties - compatibility with many different materials, high breakdown voltage and heat resistance of carbogal permit to use it as a low-temperature dielectric and heat-transfer agent in high-voltage radio- and electrical equipment.
